Order Taking services allow our operators to process orders for your company. We can act as your primary order takers or as an overflow service for your existing call center. We can only work with companies that work with a Web based order taking system that we can connect to via the Internet. Typically we work with a system where it is not require our operators to login each time. This would be ideal situation but we can discuss other options and see if we can meet your company's needs.

Wake-up services has two different options. The automated option will call your home and an electronic voice tells you it is time to get up. The second option has an operator calling you and making sure you are and you can tell them to call you back or tell them you are up.
